FOR: All levels. Whether you’re a total beginner, or seasoned pilates pro, this one’s for you. Pregnancy friendly (please refer to our Pre/Post Natal Policy before booking).
WHAT: POWER is designed to give you the ultimate slow burn - 45 minutes of movement that emphasises time under tension, building strength, challenging balance, and pushing your endurance to the limit. True to the VYBE style, POWER integrates strength training through Reformer Pilates for the ultimate full-body workout.
POWER is the perfect combo of exercises using body weight and weighted props that will leave you feeling the burn and loving it.

FOR: All levels. Not suitable for pregnancy.
WHAT: A Cardio/Strength hybrid, but make it low impact? JUMP has entered the chat.
A 45 minute session integrating jumpboards into the mix to add a sweaty cardio component to your routine. JUMP is a full-body workout that will get your heart pumping while building momentum and strength for a well-rounded session.
