    The VYBE Teaser gives you 5 classes to use in 14 days. The 14 days is triggered from the moment you make your first booking (this includes joining a waitlisted class).

  • Firstly, Welcome!
    We’re so excited you’ve found us and can’t wait to see you in the studio.

    Come dressed in your activewear - comfy clothing you can easily move in.

    We don’t wear shoes and regular socks in our classes, so please bring your grip socks for that extra level of safety and hygiene.

    Ps. Don’t forget your water bottle and sweat towel!

  • If you’re new to Pilates and Strength Training, we suggest starting with POWER so that you can learn the fundamentals and get familiar with the reformer first.

    Our classes are open level, so whether you’re an absolute newbie or seasoned Pilates pro, each class offers spring options and exercise layers and progressions for all fitness levels.

  • You sure do!
    Bookings are essential as we have limited spaces, and classes can fill up quickly. We recommend booking your classes in advance to make sure you don't miss out on joining in.

    We use the Momence booking system for all account management, purchases, and bookings, and it’s integrated into our website.

    Once you’ve created an account and made a purchase via our website, you can easily download the Momence app on your phone for on-the-go bookings:

  • Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that things come
    up unexpectedly.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please make sure to do so at least 6 hours in advance to retain your class credit. If you cancel within the 6-hour window, you will forfeit your class credit, and our cancellation policy will apply. You can easily manage your bookings on the Momence App:

    Vybe will not accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system.

  • With a maximum of 8 clients per class, our classes can book out.

    If a class is full, we advise joining the waitlist by booking
    as usual. You'll receive an SMS when a spot opens up.

    To ensure fairness for all clients and to allow those on the waitlist an opportunity to attend a class, once notified,
    you will have 1 hour to confirm or decline this spot.
    This helps to move the waitlist process along to the next
    person, if the first person on the waitlist decides not to join.

  • We get it, sometimes things pop up and you might be running a little behind time!

    Since our sessions are only 45 minutes, we kindly ask that if you are more than a few minutes late, please do not enter the studio.

    It’s for your safety, and consideration for the others in the class who have already started moving. Your trainer can refuse entry if needed, please respect their call.

  • The short answer: It depends!

    At Vybe, we can easily modify exercises to accommodate for minor injuries or limitations in our group sessions. Just let your trainer know before class begins, and they’ll be happy to help adjust the exercises as needed.

    However, if your injuries or limitations require significant changes to the session, we will recommend our 1:1 sessions instead.

    1:1 sessions allow us to tailor the entire workout specifically to your needs, ensuring you get the most out of your training.

  • We get it, life gets busy and plans can change!
    This is why we have implemented our class cancellation policy.

    If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, please do so through the online booking system. We will accept cancellations 6 hours prior to the scheduled class.

    VYBE will not accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system.

    Any cancellations within 6 hours prior to your scheduled session will be considered a Late Cancel. If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a No-Show. This includes classes you are added into from the waitlist.

    Early Cancel ($0):

    If you can no longer make your class and cancel your booking at least 6 hours before the class start time, your class credit is returned back to your account to use for another time.

    Late Cancel ($10):
    If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time, you will lose your class credit, and be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.

    Membership holders have 2 x late cancel fees waived per 28 day cycle.
    Clients who have purchased a single session lose their credit only.

    No-Show ($15):
    If you don't cancel your class and do not attend, you will lose your class credit and be charged a No-Show fee of $15. If you arrive too late to join a class, you will not be able to participate and will also be considered a no-show.

    Please Note: A No-Show fee applies to all bookings and purchase types.

    By booking online you are agreeing to the class cancellation policy.

  • At VYBE, we offer 2, 3, 4, and Unlimited weekly Memberships.

    When you purchase a Membership, your Membership begins from your day of purchase.

    For example, if you purchase a 2 per week Membership on a Tuesday, you would use your 2 sessions between Tuesday to the following Monday.

    The minimum term of the 2, 3, and 4 per weeks Memberships are 1 month, whilst the Unlimited membership has a 6 month minimum commitment.

    All memberships are automatically charged weekly.

  • The minimum term of our weekly memberships are 1 month (4 payment cycles).

    The term of these memberships commence on the day that you purchase the membership, or such other date as agreed by Vybe Movement.

    To cancel your membership, simply send your request via email and provide two payment cycles' notice (please note that each membership may have a minimum commitment period).

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to pause your membership at any time for a minimum of one week, and up to a maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year.

    If you need to place your membership on hold, simply email your request to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled direct debit payment.

  • We offer the following class packs at VYBE:

    • 5 Class Pack (valid 3 months)

    • 10 Class Pack (valid 6 months)

    • 20 Class Pack (valid 9 months)

  • Our classes are designed with adults in mind, but we’re happy to welcome young people aged 16 and up to join us, with parent or guardian consent.
    Reach out to us at [email protected] before making a purchase and we'll send you a waiver form to complete on your child's behalf.

    Please note that, for safety reasons, we can’t allow children to wait at the studio while their parent or guardian is in a session.

  • Absolutely!
    We do offer a limited number of Private Pilates sessions. 1:1 sessions are perfect for:

    • Beginners who are new to Reformer Pilates and prefer 1:1 guidance before joining a group class.

    • New mothers looking to ease back into their Pilates routine post-pregnancy.

    • Athletes, performers, or individuals needing a customised program to meet their specific goals.

    • Current VYBE clients seeking focused time with a trainer to enhance their Pilates practice and improve their participation in group sessions.

  • Unfortunately not. Due to health and safety requirements,
    you are unable to bring your bub or child into the studio.

  • We love a cheeky Instagram pic or studio selfie, so please snap away - and don't forget to tag us! (@vybemovement)

    However, as soon as class as started, we have a strict no phones policy. During class, please pop your phone with your belongings in the cubby holes provided, and please remember to have your phone on silent before class starts.

  • PRE NATAL CLIENTS
    We invite all existing clients to continue training with us throughout their journey.

    Up to 13 weeks: Current clients can continue their classes as normal.

    13 Weeks and Beyond: If you are a current client, your pregnancy is uncomplicated, and you feel up to it, you are welcome to continue taking classes at Vybe Movement. Before doing so, please reach out to us so we can provide you with a Prenatal form for your GP to complete.

    In addition, before your next class, we'll arrange a 1:1 consultation with one of our Senior Vybe Trainers, who can guide you through the current prenatal guidelines, allowing you to move safely with your bump throughout the remainder of your pregnancy. This will ensure that you have the required pregnancy-related information to allow you to continue to attend group classes safely. This is also so we can introduce you to a range of pregnancy specific equipment to make your class more comfortable if needed.

    Please note that JUMP classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

    POSTNATAL CLIENTS
    We ask that you wait until your 6 week check up with your GP or Midwife - as long as you have clearance, and they understand our sessions are not in a clinical and/or private setting, please reach out to us prior to your first booking and we'll send you through a Postnatal Form (applicable up to 12 weeks).

    We recommend starting with our POWER class and we can provide exercise modifications, as you ease yourself back into exercise whilst your body is healing.

    Please note: Our sessions are in a group setting, so while we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, your trainer will also be focusing on the needs of all the members in your session. Remember, it’s perfectly okay for your experience to look different from the person next to you.

    If you haven’t been to our studio before, or you’re an absolute reformer pilates newbie, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first class so that your trainer can show you the ropes.

    Please note: Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class for health and safety reasons, in line with our T’s + C’s.
